Head Chef Josh De Haas established Chopping Board Catering in 2017. Chopping Board is designed to bring the client a tailored menu of their choosing to their dream venue! There are choice menu ideas and complete custom menus available. We have a strong emphasis on working closely with our suppliers to bring you fresh, local, top quality products. We can create a customised food experience at your wedding and are flexible with dietary requirements. Josh De Haas has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. In this time, he has worked in some of Adelaide’s top hotels, restaurants and pubs. Josh is now ready for the next step in his career – introducing Chopping Board Catering!
