Our Submission Guidelines

LCA loves to receive submissions of real weddings or styled shoots from photographers who are keen to have their work seen online or in print by hundreds of engaged South Australian couples. Please read our guidelines and FAQs below, before submitting via the form.

We love local!

Love Cherish Adore is proudly South Australian, and we feature only weddings that have taken place in SA. The more SA vendors involved, the better!

We love exclusive!

We feature content that hasn’t been seen elsewhere, including other publications, online sources or social media (yours, other suppliers or the couples!). A post on social media here or there is totally fine; full galleries, albums or extensive stories are not.

We love creative!

Something different will always pique our interest. Interesting detail, creative settings and beautiful, unique content are high on our want list!

We love your support!

Submissions from vendors within our community will always be considered favourably.

We love detail (but not too much)!

Please submit 100-150 images for consideration. Any less and we can’t get a good feel for the whole shoot/wedding, and any more and we get overwhelmed with all the loveliness! Please provide as much detail about the wedding as possible in the form below.

Frequently asked questions

How do you decide what is featured?
We love all your submissions! We use the criteria above to narrow down our favourites, and will always feature a balance of different SA regions, wedding styles and weddings that celebrate love in all it’s wonderful forms. So, if we’ve recently blogged a Clare Valley wedding, it might be a while before we do another one, and we wouldn’t publish two boho-luxe styled weddings in the one magazine issue.
Will my real wedding be featured if I pay for advertising in the magazine or online?
Sorry, no that’s not how it works, there is no way to ‘buy’ your way into a real wedding feature! Our real weddings are chosen on merit, to showcase a great range of SA weddings. If you would like to enhance and showcase your brand through advertising please get in touch via hello@lovecherishadore.com.au.
What will you do with my images if the submission is accepted?
Share the heck out of them, is the short answer! We may use your images in our magazine, blog, social media, press kits, website, newsletters or other collateral. Work will always be credited.
I’ve submitted, what happens now?
We will acknowledge your submission, then review your submission before getting in touch with you regarding the status. This may take 2-3 weeks. If accepted, we will send you an electronic questionnaire for the couple to fill out. Once this is complete, we will let you know an estimated publish date (for blog submissions) or request files in high resolution (for magazine submissions).
