When you have the most incredible team of Adelaide wedding vendors, there’s no limit to what can be achieved on your wedding day. Case in point: this amazing styled shoot dreamed up by Jenna from Wonderland Invites and a bunch of talented local vendors. Adelaide’s a small town, and lots of wedding suppliers know and love working with each other! Why not ask your venue or photographer which other vendors the would suggest that would suit your wedding vibe? A recommendation is generally the best way to find more suppliers that you will love! That, and our vendor directory of course.
We can’t get enough of all the stunning details in this dreamy Byron-meets-Adelaide styled wedding. Here’s a few words from Jenna on how this shoot came to be:
“When I first arrived in Adelaide, I was keen to set up my first styled shoot here in Australia. After meeting some really fantastic like-minded vendors, we decided to collaborate and get stuck in with a beautiful Byron Bay meets Adelaide Hills concept. Along with Kelly from Found Collective Events, Laura Brook of celebrancy fame and with Jessica Mary behind the lens, the four of us settled on a beautiful neutral palette of browns, whites and creams, with pops of green to match the natural surroundings of Marybank. The team who contributed their all to this piece of work were absolutely incredible and I could not have been more thrilled or proud of them following a long day’s shooting spent in fits and starts of rain. Honestly, they all blew me away…and I hope the results blow you away too!”
Burbook Forrest, you have our heart! This beautiful pine forest just 40 minutes out of town is a beautiful backdrop for an outdoor ceremony. The pine forest was planted two generations ago, and the towering trees make for a moody and ethereal wedding ceremonies. As Emma and Mitch say, “Kuitpo feels like you just stepped through the door to a magical land.” Even a bit of drizzle couldn’t dampen the spirits of this adventurous couple on their wedding day; the relaxed outdoorsy vibe is giving us all the feels! Emma and Mitch have been together since high school and wanted their day to be relaxed and fun. Apart from a bit of stress over the wedding forecast, they say their day was perfect, and they worked with some amazing vendors to help bring their outdoor wedding to life. Check out these images from Israel Baldago Photography which perfectly capture the fun of Emma and Mitch’s day!
Spring has sprung, the birds are chirping and the sun is shining (a bit, anyway) and we kicked off the 2019/2020 wedding season with a bang at Plant 4 Bowden on Sunday 8 September at our Adelaide Spring Wedding Fair. What an absolute honour it is to have so many of you attend our fairs, be inspired and connect with your dream vendors. We love that LCA is part of of so many South Australian wedding days! For the first time we had a runway show which was an amazing way to feature local businesses The Bride Lab, couture+love+madness and LUV Bridal. Hair and make up was by Mandy, Michelle and the girls from M+Co Style Bar, and models were from Powell Model Agency. Thank you to Cristina from couture+love+madness for coordinating the show! Enjoy these pics from the day, taken by Israel Baldago Photography. The list of vendors from our Adelaide Spring Wedding Fair is below.
