On Sunday 30th March 2014, we hosted our second fair at the beautiful Norwood Concert Hall. Apart from it being on the first floor (everyone’s legs were aching after bumping in and out!) the character of the venue really helped to set the scene for the fair.
We were once again proudly sponsored by Brides of Adelaide which as you will know is the stunning SA based wedding magazine featuring lots of amazing SA suppliers and vendors.
Thanks also to Norwood Concert hall for their support and sponsorship and not least, the extremely talented Sharon from Magnolia Press who designed all our art work including our beautiful chalkboard signage on the day. Sharon also co ordinated the inspiration table made some gorgeous ribbon tassles for reception and made our hessian banners hung outside the venue.
Thank you also to Fabulous Functions for the beautiful floral display at reception.
After months of planning, it was a great feeling to see the venue being totally transformed with every single exhibitor pulling out the stops to create stunning displays for their products and services.
There were many proud moments with people giving us amazing feedback. I take no credit for this though. Love Cherish Adore is only as good as the exhibitors it showcases so thank you to all the exhibitors for all your hard work!
The atmosphere was set alive with live entertainment from The Various Nefarious, a multi piece jazz band. Griffin Wedding DJ’s is also thanked for putting together a great play list of electro swing and chillout tunes.
The day was captured on film too by Premiere Films. Here’s a link to watch it.
Thank you Travis for your hard work!
The event began with 6 lovely volunteers greeting the hundreds of Brides and Guests with the first 250 Brides receiving a canvas tote full of offers and discounts plus room for their complimentary copy of Brides of Adelaide and all the other treats and samples exhibitors were offering. Upstairs on the first floor hosted all the exhibitors with their displays, fun photo booths by Rubix Booths and Retro Photobooths food and drink by Two Bit Villains, hair and make up demos by the wonderful Gemma Vendetta and lots & lots of cake and dessert samples!
With out further ado, here are some images from the day.
