Epic Romance in the Barossa Valley

Every time we receive one of these gorgeous shoots from a fave supplier, we have to wonder, where do they get the time?! Case in point: This beauty that landed in our inbox courtesy of Mel, from Melissa Brown Photographer and Sara, of legendary Barossa flower/coffee house Fleur Social. This shoot features no less than 15 different suppliers which is no mean feat to organise, yet the images tell the story of a relaxed and intimate wedding day that could easily be a true love story!
Mel says that organising shoots like this (on top of running a busy photography business and capturing gorgeous weddings!) is like food for the creative soul. “When Sara and I work together we always want to create because it feeds us! Being able to provide something visually different really pushes us. Sara and I really wanted to just bring things back to basics (with a twist) for this shoot. We were going for a Modern Romantic look, a beautiful clean palette with lots of textured details.”
We love the subtle elegance, muted tones and fabulously clever use of texture here which give an effortless vibe. We hope you enjoy the fruits of the shoot team’s creative labour!
