Laid back couple Emily & Justin kept their wedding plans relaxed and casual at One Paddock Currency Creek.
We’re believers that the best weddings are those that really are a true reflection of who the couple are. Being a go-with-the-flow kind of couple, Emily and Justin didn’t want a wedding that was full of pomp and circumstance so keeping things low key was a high priority in their planning.
What they didn’t plan for however was the ominous dark black clouds, wind and thunder that loomed as Emily walked down the aisle. Luckily the bride’s cool calm nature kicked in and their ceremony went on just as planned.
Their winery setting at Currency Creek was the perfect backdrop for their day with gracious hosts and owners Tim and Rachel ensuring that the venue looked pristine along with plenty of top quality food and wine. ‘One Paddock Winery were amazing! They were so helpful and so easy going and it made communicating with them a breeze!’ said Emily.
We love that Emily met photographer Bridget Quain at one of our fairs last year too – we’re so thrilled to have played a small part in their planning.
From the guys laid back loafers to the bride swapping heels for flats and a veil for a flower crown, if you’re looking for relaxed inspo then this is a wedding with your name on it!
