As an experienced event planner and stylist, Bride Marisa was able to create the winery wedding she’s always wanted. With a focus on lots of beautiful details and French provincial influences, this Adelaide hills wedding is an absolute head turner.
It all began with a surprise proposal cleverly orchestrated by Ben complete with rose petals and champagne followed by celebrations with friends and family.
They had both envisaged a winery wedding with plenty of French Provincial details. Luxurious linens, lush florals along with an ecelctic mic of chandeliers and accent pieces completed this look perfectly. ‘Golding Wines truly encompassed that and as a Wedding Planner and Stylist I was very excited to add unique elements and detail to what is already a truly stunning setting.’
The highlights of their day were being surrounded by all their amazing friends from near and far along with embracing the unpredictability of the weather.
‘We woke up to a beautiful summer’s day, in fact the hottest day in December, reaching 44 degrees! On the way to the winery, the weather turned and started lightly drizzling just before the ceremony began. Although we were initially concerned, in the end it created the most beautiful, romantic setting for our outdoor nuptials, with market umbrellas keeping our guests cool and shielded from both the sun and drizzle! With the acoustic guitarist playing in the background, it was a magical ceremony.’
